The Forced Circulation Axial Flow Pump(model FAX) is a high-efficiency, low-head, high-flow pumping solution designed for applications requiring continuous, reliable circulation of large volumes of liquid with minimal energy consumption. It is particularly suited for forced circulation systems in evaporators, crystallizers, heat exchangers, and industrial process loops.
The pump operates on the axial flow principle: liquid is drawn in along the impeller axis and discharged parallel to the shaft, driven by a propeller-type impeller. In forced circulation configurations, the pump maintains a positive circulation rate through external heat exchangers or reactor vessels, preventing boiling or scaling on heat transfer surfaces and ensuring uniform temperature and concentration distribution.
We offer tailored solutions including variable speed drives, special materials(stainless steel 316L and 904L, duplex steel ASTM A890, titanium, Hastelloy), explosion-proof motors, and application-specific impeller designs to meet diverse process requirements.
